Learn Ballet: Plié at the Barre
www.mindbites.com Here is a Plié exercise in one version as it is being performed by millions of professional and advenced dancers all over the world every morning. Enjoy learning, and try to copy. Hi. I used to be a professional dancer of ballet and modern dance. I danced in modern ballet companies as well as in classical ballet companies until a few years ago. Now I live and teach ballet in Barcelona at different schools and professional companies here. I hope you enjoy the information I can provide, and the quality of picture and sound.
